Terms of use

The service

Tabiz is management software for small businesses. The software is free. What costs money: AI credits, the email plan beyond the included allowance, and installation services.

We may change the service. If a change removes something you use, we tell you in advance.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it. A valid email address is required: that is how signing in works.

One person may create up to three businesses. Beyond that, get in touch.

Email, and what you agree not to do

You send from a domain we share with every other user. Abusive sending therefore harms everyone, and it is the one rule we do not bend on.

You agree to comply with CASL: no commercial message without consent, clear identification of your business, and a working unsubscribe mechanism. Tabiz enforces these automatically, but the legal responsibility for your sending remains yours.

We apply daily and monthly sending limits, and we block writing to an address that has bounced. In case of clear abuse, we suspend sending without notice.

Artificial intelligence

AI features produce DRAFTS. They make mistakes, particularly with numbers in a dictation. Always read them before sending anything to a client.

Purchased credits do not expire. They are not refundable once used, and an action that fails is not charged.

What we do not guarantee

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the past twelve months.

Nothing here removes the rights granted to you by Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Ending

You may leave whenever you want: Settings → Delete the company, after exporting your data. We may end an account that breaches these terms, with notice except in cases of sending abuse.

These terms are governed by the law of Quebec and the courts of the district of Montreal have jurisdiction.
